The Internet Archive Scribe Installed at Duke Divinity School Library


On October 17, 2012 an Internet Archive Scribe Machine was transferred from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and installed at the Duke Divinity School Library. The Internet Archive Team including Gemma Waterson, Satellite Digitization Services Coordinator, Elizabeth MacLeod, Supervisor of Satellite Digitization Services, and Osamu Sueyoshi, Satelite Lead/Scribe Operation spent the day re-building the scribe and ensuring the proper technology was connected for scanning to take place. The Religion in North Carolina Collection is Live!


The Religion in North Carolina Digital Collection Internet Archive Page is now live and loaded with 83 items including Church Histories and Meetings, Proceedings, and Conference Reports scanned at both UNC's Wilson Library and the Duke Divinity School Library.
